Help, I gave you the wrong address / ordered the wrong size!
We work pretty quickly, so if your parcel has already been shipped, unfortunately we can’t make changes or accept cancellations.
However, if you notice a mistake just after ordering, drop us an email athello@lulibellstudio.comquoting your order number and updated address/size and we can make the changes. Of course if you’re ordering a larger size or posting to another country, additional costs will apply.

My order is a gift, can you send it directly to them?
Of course!
Prints If you’re ordering a print as a gift, we’ll happily send it straight to the recipient’s address. Let us know in the notes at checkout if you'd like us to include a small handwritten note with your order. Please note, if you're ordering multiple prints to different addresses, you'll need to make separate orders.
Cards - We’ll happily send a card straight to the recipient’s address with a handwritten note inside if you like. Just let us know in the notes at checkout, and tell us what you'd like us to write! Please note, if you're ordering multiple cards and want to send them to different people, you'll need to make individual orders. Cards sent direct to the recipient will be shipped in the greetings card envelope, not a rigid mailer.
Make sure you include their address under the shipping address, and yours as the billing address.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes! We offer a range of gift cards between $10 and $100 AUD. Click here to buy a gift card. Select an amount from the drop down menu.
Our gift cards are sent digitally. You will not receive a physical product.
Purchasing a digital gift card creates a unique code, which will be sent via email shortly after purchase to the email provided. If you haven't received your email, please check your junk folder.
The gift card recipient can enter this code at checkout to subtract the gift card value from their order total.
Our gift cards are not reloadable or redeemable for cash. They can only be used on the Lulibell Studio website and they don't expire.
What packaging will my order arrive in? Is it sustainable?

Each print is made especially for you, so we can’t accept returns or issue refunds if you’ve changed your mind.
To leave us areview, simply visit our online shop, find the product (you'll find a search button in the top right corner if you get stuck) and scroll to the bottom to find the review section. This way you'll be able to let us (and other customers) know what you thought of that particular item.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $25 in Australia - yippee!
For other shipping options (like express or tracked) and other locations (we also ship to the UK and NZ), the cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. The cost depends on the weight of your order and where you’re shipping it to. Just add your chosen items to your basket and head to checkout to get a total shipping cost.
